Shanghai Knight Wannabe

For those who have been reading my blog, you should know that i would be leaving for China for my Industrial Attachment for the third year of my studies. Well, today, i finally got accepted by my 1st choice of company, which is Vetco Gray Petroleum Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd in Shanghai. I would have to reach Pudong Airport on the 7th of Februrary between 0600hrs to 0630hrs. That is all the details i have now. And YES, i still don't know what is my attire and pay for work, so quit asking me that. hahahahaha!

Also, today, i blew a bomb SGD 300 to be exact on a set of wollen thermal underwear (made in England) and a grey wollen pullover. Thanks to a previous trip to China just before my enlistment into the army in 2001, i own a supposedly very good down jacket and a few pairs of wool socks. Hope this would suffice for now. hahaha. I have pity for those who reside in countries with the four seasons and constantly have to blow loads of money on seasonal clothing. hahaha.

Well, what i am lacking now would be a Hugo Boss or CK trench coat and the right attitude to pose like a underground gang leader on the Shanghai "tan" to mimic the very old and very laughable chinese movies in the past. hahaha.

Oh well enough of crap. Will provide more details once i have them.
