Statement to Myself |2:34 PM

I don’t like waiting. What I am waiting for does not really matter actually. I just don’t enjoy the act of waiting. Although there is a Chinese saying “好事值得等待” (roughly translated as good stuff are worth waiting for), but to me, its just bullshit cooked up from some self declared saintly asshole. Haha.

Yet strangely, however much I don’t like waiting, I occasionally still either intentionally or unintentionally unleash the terrible feeling of waiting onto others. Yet another Chinese saying, “己所不欲勿施于人” (Do not do onto others what you do not fancy).

Pardon me for all who have waited for me and whom will wait for me in one way or another. I apologise in advance.

This is yet another one of those senseless entries, whose sole purpose is probably to remind me that I shall learn to be a better person everyday. Perhaps this could be considered as one of my resolutions for 2008.

Minimise time that others spend waiting for me, which could otherwise have been avoided.
